In the south east of Menorca, Biniancolla is a quiet traditional fishing village of white houses by the sea. Only 4 km from the town of Sant Lluís and 8 km from Menorca’s capital Mahón, with its spectacular natural harbor, the villa offers both: a peaceful time in a private garden with a swimming pool and surrounding beaches, as well as a quick access to explore the charming architecture and local shops in the capital of the island. The villa is 12 km away from the airport, however, it is off the take-off/ landing routes so you will never hear the air traffic.

If you like walks and hikes, Cami de Cavalls runs right past the house. It is an old path that goes around the island of Menorca and is considered the island's historical heritage. Other beautiful beaches of Binibeca, Binisafua, Binidali, with restaurants, bars and beach clubs, as well as coves such as Alcaufar, Rafalet and Torret, are just a few kilometres aways. Punta Prima, with supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, car, motorcycle and bike rental companies, is just 1 km away. There is a diving centre in Cala Torret, and a water park ‘Splash’ is only 7 minute walk from the house.
